  Clean, friendly. Excellent food in the hotel pub also the morning restaurant. You can drink canned beverages in the hot tub and theres a liqour store in the building..super handy.

  Great place to stay in Fernie and still be close to everything downtown. Having a courtyard inside the hotel with a pool and hot tub makes it a fun relaxing stay. The many times I have visited this hotel, it has always been a good experience.

  Absolutely a fantastic hotel that went above and beyond for my family. Five stars is not enough. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and friendly staff.

  Whenever I come to visit my family in Fernie we always make it a priority to have lunch at the Park Place Lodge restaurant because they have the best gravy and french fries in the world. To continue the tradition I decided to take my mum for lunch during my latest visit. We arrived in the restaurant and were immediately met with a stand offish attitude from our waitress Victoria. After she seated us near the kitchen she went around the corner and proceeded to complain to the kitchen staff about us. Considering we were within ear shot of her complaints this obviously ruined our lunch. Feeling very uncomfortable we decided to bring the issue up with the front desk person. Her name was Kelly and she was very helpful and very sweet. She helped us resolve the issue and assured us that she would follow up on it. Overall the Restaurant and hotel are great and I would recommend it to anybody.

  this is the best hotel I've stayed in and bring a commercial driver I've stayed in a lot of hotels.
