  We have purchased two new vehicles from Donal and his amazing staff in the past year and we LOVE the service we were given from the start. I called today about getting some paperwork for tax purposes and Lynn was all over it. Dathan calls to check in every so often to make sure things are still good with our vehicles. You guys are AMAZING! Keep up the great work!

  My fiancee visited Fernie Chrysler to make a repair to her Neon. The car started revving erratically and backfiring upon arriving to Fernie. She took the car to the dealership for service. I advised them via telephone that the issue was probably due to a significant vacuum leak. Indeed they found a large crack in the intake boot but advised my Fiancee that the crack doesn't explain the back firing and also that the brakes suddenly stopped working and that the car was unsafe to drive. All of which would require a significant amount more work from the dealer ship. After discussion and huge disappointment in the ability of the dealership. I instructed her to pay the "diagnostic" fee and we had the car towed home. I am happy to report that a 7 dollar intake boot and 5 minutes of my time at pick & pull solved the problem.

  If you want short cuts, damaged internal parts, unprofessional work, and pay top dollar go here. They have one journeyman mechanic and one 2nd year, they do not care about your business. They do not use seat covers to protect your interior of your vehicle, they don't torque your wheels, it's hammer it on with the impact and kick it out. Then its time to spin out those wheels on the pavement with no regard to the fact its not thier vehicle. Also this establishment dose not set thier employees up to succeed, only to fail. You can witness this if you simply ask the parts department a question about one of thier products. The unknowledgable staff and disrespect to thier customers is real. They laid off most of thier staff just before Christmas.

  My Key FOB was not working took it to Cranbrook dealer (where I purchased vehicle) The servie Dept checked to make sure battery was installed properly clicked it a few times them said needed new FOB. Called Fernie and the service manager came to my house and checked FOB said it may need reprogramming not a new FOB as I had had some electronic work done in Cranbrook. Long and short Cranbrood did not reprogam nor suggest that both FOBs had to be reprogrammed Fernie Chrysler took my vehicle reprogrammed the FOB at NO CHARGE and I did not even purchase it from them. They are the best
