  Fixed my furnace quickly. They were able to do the work while I was at work. No need to take time out of my day for them.

  Charged me $962 to repair a $450 hot water tank. I understand the costs for their labour charges what I did not see coming was paying $434 for a gas valve that I can buy for $120. I would never use these people again unless I had no other choice. It would have been cheaper for me to just install a whole new hot water tank myself. Only reason they were called was because I do not live here anymore and am renting out my house until it sells. I guess you my as well take advantage of someone when they aren't there to do anything about it.

  I called and left a message that I needed an appointment. No one had called me back after a week. I called again. Waited another week with no call back. Finally got through to someone, she told me I would have to wait another week in order to get first appointment of the day, as she said I could be waiting all day otherwise. She also needed my credit card for an unspecified sum before she would make the appointment. I made the first appointment of the day for the following week. When they were 30 minutes late, I called office. When they were 50 minutes late, she called back and told me they should be here in 30 more minutes. Supposedly there had been an emergency. Guess she didn't think it prudent to call me and let me know my appointment had been changed. She told me that someone would be there within half hour. 2:15 hours later, I canceled appointment as I couldn't wait any longer. Called competition (Copper-Tip), didn't need to give credit card, was given first appointment of the day in two days. Was also given a rate over the phone. Will never call Heli Cool again.
