  I am saddened at the unprofessionalism of this company and that they did not take ownership of their mistakes and try to rectify them with me personally, as I have tried to do with them with no response. Instead, they would rather contradict and discredit.

  I cannot say enough about the professonalism of Shannon and her crew. She painted my house and the building in which I run my business. Her attention to detail, her willingness to perfect even the smallest mistakes (that were discovered by her, not me), her help with colour choices, makes her my go-to painter in ALL situations. Literally I would never hire another painter again to touch any wall of any building I own. This company is the best!

  Apparently they charge for travel from from Fernie to Sparwood, (15-20 mins...really?) which i was not told about prior, the paint they chose was, of course, the most expensive they could find... and to top it off, she got paint on my freshly stained front door and my front door rug, which i had to throw away.

  Very pleased with the work of Palata Painting. We have used Palata for multiple units in a high end hospitality setting and are extremely happy with the results. They provide a full service, from colour selection/options to accurate and competitive quoting to job completion on schedule. Shannon and her crew have an amazing attention to detail and pride of workmanship, which results in an end product of the highest quality.

  I have had another painter come and paint when Shannon or her team was not available and had to have her come and fix the mess that person made. I have learned my lesson, I will only trust Shannon and her team to do any painting that I need done.

  It would have been nice to be consulted once a bit of paint was on the wall, i would have stopped them right there and changed the color (which they picked), but i was not consulted until the entire job was done.
